As an avid practitioner and student turned teacher, yoga is my jam. I came to yoga with a desperate need to get a handle on my hot anxiety mess. The good news? It helped tremendously. So here I am 20+ years later, still learning and growing my connection to the philosophy and movement I love.
I've been a happy member of the Sellwood Yoga community since 2010, and completed my 500-hour teacher training there in 2023.
My career jam? Deep experience as an advertising and marketing professional. I'm delighted to combine these two great interests that go great together in support of others.
